Aside from wasting his time on the Internet, he's addicted to Netflix, he reads science fiction novels, and he plays real-time strategy games on the PC from time to time. His favorite type of music—trip hop—died out in the late nineties, as did Dungeons & Dragons, and the rest of the tabletop role-playing game industry.

Daniel graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, where he studied contemporary poetry and pop culture. At Emerson College, Daniel completed a Master of Arts in Writing, Literature and Publishing.
