Amanda Mcguire and Aaron Scott wanted to redesign their recipe blog to reach new clientele and to capture a bigger audience. Aaron created the visual design and I built the new WordPress theme.
With the recent release of WordPress Gutenberg, I wanted to make sure that Amanda’s website took full advantage of WordPress’ built-in page builder. To that end, Amanda is able to construct her pages and recipes with Gutenberg blocks, which gives her great flexibility to construct case studies that have unique layouts, or spin up new services, such as a landing page for her SEO for Food Bloggers book. Gutenberg puts control back into the hands of users, without adding the bloat of third-party page builders of the past.
