Remote access and desktop software giant LogMeIn contacted me to work on a new solution for their many product blog properties. The visual design was provided by Genuine Interactive. I suggested we build a WordPress Multisite installation, and helped the company begin the process of migrating all its disparate WordPress blogs into a single WordPress Multisite install.

LastPass participates in LogMeIn’s WordPress Multisite network, sharing a flexible theme and editorial accounts while retaining its own domain. The implementation includes Marketo, social integrations, and WPML, connecting the product blog with the wider publishing and marketing setup.

Cybersecurity protects digital systems, applications, networks, and information against unauthorized access, disruption, and misuse. I’ve worked with businesses specializing in API security, password management, identity protection, cyber intelligence, and secure software deployment.

I developed Genuine Interactive’s design as part of LogMeIn’s move toward a shared platform for its product blogs. For LastPass, the work combined responsive interface development with a common editorial experience, preserving a distinct product presence while letting cross-product editors work through the same network.
An 11+ Website Multisite Instance
I built a highly flexible theme that allowed LogMeIn to deploy each blog on its own unique domain, allowing blog editors to work from a single login and with a single set of user accounts.
Thus, cross-product editors could administer the blogs for LogMeIn and LogMeIn Corporate, GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, LogMeIn Rescue, Jive, GetPrompt, HomeTab, LastPass, GoToMyPC, and Bold360 all from the same theme. As a result, the new Multisite instance allows the company to save on development costs with the deployment of each new blog.
