Program directors Jeff Parker and Scott Laughlin commissioned me to work on the fully responsive redesign for Disquiet International, a literary program based in Lisbon, Portugal.
My approach in the redesign was to put the emphasis on the program’s very visual experience, as well as make it easier for the program organizers to collect applications. To this end, I designed the new look as fully responsive to support the widest range of mobile devices. I also built an interface with the Google Docs API and WordPress so that program managers could collect registrations automatically from user signups to the program. The user registration system allows program guests to sign up with a profile on the site and purchase their membership to the program.
