We’ll put together an extensive project statement, outlining the scope of work, which is billed as a flat fee—typically in 3 or 4 payments at specific milestones. The flat fee is based on an hourly rate, but hours are only presented in the estimate to outline the level of effort involved in each task: if I take longer than expected, you don’t pay any overage. You receive the highest priority for scheduling and we map out a timeline in advance to meet a predetermined launch date.
